Sales and Administration Officer for the Professional Education Department

Sales Officer
Infocredit Group a leading provider of business intelligence and risk management solutions for more than 50 years is currently looking to recruit a full time Sales officer. The company offers high-quality flexible solutions, ranging from Credit Risk Management to Regulatory Compliance, Debt Recovery, Call Centre Services, Training, Consulting, ESG Services and Digital Marketing.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30

Position:
We would like to recruit a dynamic person with knowledge appetite who is seeking for a career opportunity in a dynamic and fast-growing business environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales for the Professional Education Department Platform. The successful candidate will receive extensive on the job training

Requirements/Qualifications
• University or college degree (preferably related to business, management or office administration)
• Working experience in sales will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of ANAD procedures and ERMIS system will be considered an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English language
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques will be a plus

• Presentation skills and attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Contact potential to create sales opportunities
• Contact existing and new customers to present professional training opportunities.
• Plan, organize and administer the activities of the Training department effectively
• represent the Training department and attend professional meetings as authorized by his/her supervisor
• Coordinate and implement office procedures
• Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
• Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them when appropriate
• Organize and maintain diaries and make appointments
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Oversee the implementation of the Training program
• Respond promptly to customer requests.
• Meeting sales targets and KPI’s
• Prepares contracts and proposals for new and prospective customers.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
